Detection:     Fluorescence, color

Reaction :     400µl peptide solution in TRIS/HCl-Puffer pH = 8.4

                     + 400 µl DABIA (0.5 mg/ml in DMF), 1h, RT

                     Quench : 20 µl TFA, LC in mM 50 HAc
