2D-NMR

Principle :

1.    p/2 - pulse rotates-magnetization by 90°

2.    t1 time interval allows the field vector to rotate

3.    p/2 pulse y-magnetization back to z-axis

--> absolute magnetization prop. to e-t

--> Magnetization in direction of x-axis = M . sin 2pnt1

--> Magnetization in direction of y-axis = M . cos 2ppt1

NMR - Signal = Magnetization in x y thus M . sin 2ppt1

Data resolved after first shift:

Cut through peaks in direction of t1-axis gives the  FID !!
